All standard US orders take 4 to 8 business days to land on your doorstep. The estimated time of delivery can be delayed due to weather and/or road conditions. The carrier’s web site will often state if packages are being delayed due to weather. If the tracking number shows your package has been delivered and you have not received it, please check around your yard and with your neighbors. Carriers may leave a package in places where they think it will be safe, for example behind a side gate, under a bush, etc. If you cannot locate your package and your date has pased, please contact us at thegirlcoalition@gmail.com.

We believe you should be 100% satisfied with your products. Because our products are made with great thought and high quality, it’s easy to stand behind them. That being said, if a product isn’t the right fit for you, we will be here to help. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we will gladly offer an exchange or refund on unused products within 30 days of purchase from The Girl Co. (minus the cost of shipping). After 30 days, returns will be eligible for a store credit. *We monitor returns and reserve the right to refuse service to anyone that may misuse or abuse the policy.
